Fourthwalling: I'd prefer if you did not. As for Jack fourthwalling other characters: He's a bit of a nerd, but his canon doesn't really allude to any real-world media. He might have something vaguely similar to really well-known canons (How 'bout that Space Battles: Chapter IX?) but he won't be fourthwalling anybody.
AU Scenarios: PROBABLY. I like worldbuilding AU stuff, it depends on the AU.
Crosscanon: Super fun, if you have anything you need to know I'm happy to help.
OCs/AU characters?: AUs are a little case by case, but by all means yes bring me your OCs.
Media: Hit me with anything.
Assumed CR?: Starting en media res on a meme is fun, go for it.
Offensive subjects: Not much gets me, but a heads up would be nice before getting into typically shocking topics like assault and abuse.

Hugging this character: This is fine, sometimes he could use a hug. Sometimes Jack will grab onto people on his own. Sometimes he'll try and be tough and cool and not need no hugs.
Kissing this character: I'm only comfortable with this if the other character is close to his age. He will probably take that poorly.
Flirting with this character: Ditto.
Shipping: If somebody seriously wants to ship with Jack, it could be hilarious and I'm open to it. I'm not actively seeking it, though, and (once again) I'm only up for this for a character of similar age.
Sex: He's a kid from a children's cartoon, let's not. (Even when I'm playing adults, I just have a hard time threading this and would rather not.)
Fighting with this character: Jack's not the bravest, but he's probably game to throw down. He does alright, but characters with real training will probably be able to beat him unless he gets lucky or plays smart (....and he only rarely succeeds at that, so that's back to Jack being lucky).
Injuring this character: Jack's pretty durable and used to getting thrown around a lot, go for it.
Killing this character: Unless it's a meme thread where that's the point or something, no.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Talk to me if you need to coordinate details. In general he's kind of an open book. Anybody who's good at reading people's emotions (mundane body language/facial expression reading or magic) will be able to get a lot off him without trying too hard.

- Jack can be pretty obnoxious, ranging from being mean for no reason to getting extremely clingy. If his behavior is presenting a problem, let me know and I can pull back.
- Jack's a cartoon character so it's fairly light and played for comedy mostly, but he comes from a background of parental neglect and manipulation/abuse by the adult villains he's kind of adopted as replacement parental figures. I don't foresee this coming up a lot, and will try to be courteous about delving into any of that angst. Let me know if something is uncomfortable.
